Coffee scrub:

Beauty!

I have been away for a while because I am busy enjoying the last days of the holidays. I came back with another DIY, which I have been doing religiously for a year. Coffee lovers can be happy with this body scrub! After brewing the coffee, coffee grounds remain, which are discarded after brewing. It has great uses for your skin, so you can store it in a container and refrigerate it instead of throwing it away.

I like to try something in the kitchen, this is your best beauty salon. I am trying different and new things to strengthen my skin and hair, protect it in the best natural way and reduce the effects of chemicals in daily use products. Today some chemical names are listed on herbal products as well, which is disappointing. So I think we shouldn't take time into our schedule and use some readily available ingredients in our kitchen so that we can make ourselves happy. Today's DIY is a body scrub or, more precisely, a body scrub, as I like to call it. This scrubbing or polishing mainly helps to reduce cellulite and also makes the skin elastic and smooth.

Ingredients:

Coffee beans -1 tablespoon of sea salt -1 tablespoon of sugar -1 tablespoon of olive oil -1 tablespoon of eucalyptus oil a few drops of honey -1 tablespoon of

Step 1: Mix together all the dry ingredients i.e. coffee grounds, sea salt and sugar. I have used ground coffee that has already been used and it works well with freshly brewed coffee. Better use than waste.

Step 2: Add a few drops of honey, olive oil and eucalyptus oil to the mixture and mix well. it is; Now you can use the polish.

Step 3: Apply this scrub on damp skin and massage gently for 5 minutes. Let it soak in for about 10 minutes before rinsing.

I really like using it because I am used to unruly coffee and it smells amazing. I can feel the difference after use. After one use, my skin is smoother than before. This body polish is great for me, as long as it's easy to reach, no matter how busy I am (slow read: p).

Exfoliation is necessary at least once a week to remove dirt and dead skin cells. With this rate of pollution and dry air, dirt accumulates more and causes more skin problems. Overuse of scrubs can dry out the skin. Twice a week it works perfectly and well. Anyone will show results during the DIY period, so it is best to do it regularly after testing for allergic reactions.

Track:

Sea salt is coarse and large. For sensitive skin, you can manually grind them into smaller particles with a mortar. You can use the oil of your choice, such as coconut oil, almond oil, etc., which is best for your skin. Eucalyptus oil can be replaced with any other essential oil of your choice.

Advantages of the ingredients used:

Ground coffee: this is the best way to fight cellulite. It is rich in antioxidants, helps to maintain the elasticity of the skin, protects the skin and improves its natural defensive properties. The caffeine content helps protect the skin from the harmful effects of UVB rays. Not only this, with the help of fire you can weld. Doing so makes the skin look fresh and radiant. The soft particles do not irritate the skin and effectively remove dead skin, making the skin smoother, softer and more elastic.
Sea salt: Sea salt is rich in minerals and important vitamins that nourish skin cells. Additionally, the calcium content acts as a natural pore cleanser, opening pores and thus removing dirt. The composition of sea salt can be used as a natural exfoliator to remove the layer of dead skin and show freshness underneath. Sea salt also helps promote blood circulation. Sugar: Sugar is rich in glycolic acid, which helps maintain healthy skin. These particles act as natural exfoliants and help remove blemishes without irritating the skin.

Olive oil:

It is rich in vitamins A and E, minerals, natural fatty acids and antioxidants. As we all know, it can do wonders for skin and hair. Helps prolong youth, hydrates and softens the skin.

Eucalyptus oil:

can be used to achieve flawless skin with antibacterial properties. Provides a relaxing sensation and helps soothe the skin and body. Breathing will calm the mind and make people feel young.

Honey - Honey must find its place in any beauty formula. It is also rich in antioxidants, which help hydrate the skin, making it soft and supple.
